Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of LeadFrame software applications ("Service") made available through the Atlassian Marketplace.

The Service is provided by:

By installing or using the Service, the customer organization ("Customer") agrees to these Terms.

2. Relationship with Atlassian

The Service is distributed via the Atlassian Marketplace.

Atlassian acts solely as marketplace provider and billing intermediary where applicable. Atlassian is not responsible for operation, maintenance, or support of the Service.

3. License Grant

Subject to an active subscription, LeadFrame grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service within authorized Atlassian environments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for:

  • lawful use of the Service,
  • ensuring appropriate legal basis for personal data processing,
  • managing user access permissions,
  • compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.

5. Data Processing

LeadFrame acts as Data Processor for personal data processed through the Service.

Customer acts as Data Controller.

Processing is performed solely to provide the Service and according to Customer instructions.

6. Service Availability

LeadFrame will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies (including Atlassian services) may affect availability.

7. Support and Updates

LeadFrame may provide updates, patches, or improvements at its discretion to maintain functionality and security.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain the exclusive property of LeadFrame OÜ.

No ownership rights are transferred to Customer.

9. Fees and Billing

Fees are managed through the Atlassian Marketplace according to Atlassian purchasing terms.

10. Termination

Access to the Service ends upon subscription expiration or termination through the Atlassian Marketplace.

LeadFrame may suspend access in case of misuse or legal violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is".
  • LeadFrame shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify LeadFrame against claims arising from unlawful use of the Service or violation of applicable laws.

13. Modifications

LeadFrame may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Estonia.
